Shipping & Returns

Shipping - We normally ship via the US Postal Service or UPS ground. Second-day or next-day delivery is also available from the USPS, UPS, or Federal Express. Shipping charges are based on distance and weight.

Refunds and Returns - All returns require prior authorization. We offer a 30-day full refund or exchange for all defective items. On some items, especially musical instruments, longer warranties are offered by the manufacturer - typically one year. Contact us if you have questions about warranties for a specific item.

On non-defective items, we may at our discretion charge a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise. For some things, mostly food items or custom made clothing, we will not accept returns except for defective merchandise. For custom items, if the measurements or other defects are caused by our error, the item would be considered defective and a full refund or replacement would be available. If the measurements or other specifications that you supply for custom items are incorrect, refunds or exchanges will be at our sole discretion. Refunds for non-defective merchandise are not available if the item has been used.
